Inside Sales Representative (Growth to Manager) – Camas, WA (Onsite)

Contract-to-Hire | Up to $28/hour | Clear Path to Leadership

The Opportunity

CV Resources is partnering with a well-established industrial manufacturer to support a critical contract-to-hire need . You’ll step into a highly visible role supporting order management, customer communication, and internal sales operations, while positioning yourself for future leadership.

What You’ll Be Doing

Own order entry and open order management across the business
Serve as a key point of contact for customer inquiries and support
Partner with internal teams (sales, operations, service) to resolve issues and deliver solutions
Support sales pipeline tracking and reporting
Maintain accurate records across ERP/CRM systems
Assist with process improvements and workflow efficiencies
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners

What We’re Looking For

Strong attention to detail and accuracy (high-volume data entry experience is a plus)
Solid technical aptitude (ERP/CRM systems, Excel, DocuSign, etc.)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Reliable, consistent, and proactive mindset

Nice to Have

Previous inside sales, customer service, or order management experience
Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
Exposure to sales support or pipeline coordination

Compensation & Details

Pay: Up to $28/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours
Location: Camas, WA (fully onsite)
Type: Contract-to-hire (3–6 months)
