Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full-Time
LTC Therapy Services at Lowell
LTC Therapy is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team in Lowell. This position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys hands-on patient care and helping residents make meaningful progress toward greater mobility and independence.

$33–$36/hour
What You'll Do
- Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Work with residents on strength, balance, gait, transfers, endurance, and functional mobility
- Carry out individualized treatment plans based on resident goals
- Monitor progress and communicate relevant changes to the supervising PT
- Educate residents and caregivers on exercises and safe mobility techniques
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary rehabilitation and nursing teams
Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist Assistant license required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred but not required
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
