As a Maintenance Associate, you will keep the parking lot, restrooms, and floor areas clean and safe, walking the floors on your feet to maintain a positive and professional appearance. Base Pay Range $19.00/hr – $26.00/hr Responsibilities Maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines: conduct safety sweeps, follow forklift spotting procedures, handle and dispose of hazardous materials, and report unsafe situations to management. Clean all areas of the facility—floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles—using approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment, according to company procedures. Respond to spills, operate floor scrubbers, and dispose of cardboard, plastic, and other waste in compliance with the Company Environmental Sustainability Program. Maintain appropriate levels of company‑approved chemicals and supplies, rotate and store them correctly, and place orders to replenish supplies as needed. Ensure a safe and clean environment for members and associates throughout the shift, performing maintenance tasks as required.
