This discovery originated from a genetic breakthrough at a prestigious university, leading to the company's formation.Our client is in search of a dynamic Key Account Manager to join their expanding team. The ideal candidate will bring a high-level of business development expertise to engage with physicians and healthcare facilities in promoting and facilitating future diagnostic solutions. This involves a urine-based liquid biopsy aimed at aiding doctors in enhancing patient care by averting unnecessary prostate biopsies. The perfect fit for this role will oversee all sales operations for a growing CLIA certified diagnostic enterprise. The individual must effectively manage daily business affairs, collaborate with various team members in the organization, and show commitment to resolving challenges promptly as they arise.Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day sales operations within designated territoryDisplay proficiency in applying scientific concepts during sales processesRegularly interact with sales counterparts nationwideProvide accurate territory forecasts as neededEngage with Sales, Marketing, CLIA lab professionals, operations, and executive teamOffer timely assistance and solutions to inquiries from customers, patients, providers, and partnersFocus on process enhancement for increased efficiency and customer satisfactionCollaborate with lab operations to ensure successful functions like launches, conferences, and process improvementsThis role involves handling PHI.
