Job Description Spectrum Healthcare Resources is currently seeking a Part-time Occupational Health Registered Nurse to join our team in support of a federal agency clinic in Roanoke, VA. This role offers a low-stress, mission-driven environment focused on the health and well-being of federal employees—not the general public. Position Highlights 16 hours per week, Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM No nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call duties Enjoy a collaborative setting with minimal administrative burden Deliver high-quality care to those serving our nation Hourly rate $39-43 Key Responsibilities Provide occupational health nursing services including employee assessments, health screenings, and immunizations Support case management and return-to-work evaluations Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with federal health and safety standards Maintain accurate medical documentation and uphold patient confidentiality Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, Associate Degree, or BSN) Active, unrestricted RN license in any U.S. state or territory Minimum 2 years of RN experience required Current American Heart Association BLS certification About Roanoke, Virginia Roanoke is a vibrant city nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains, offering a perfect blend of natural beauty and modern amenities.
