Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders, pricing, delivery, and service issues. Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team throughout the sales process. Manage customer orders from entry through fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Collaborate with customers, sales representatives, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve order-related issues. Support efforts to achieve and exceed sales goals by maintaining strong customer relationships and proactive communication. Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services through ongoing training. Assist with contract-related activities, including renewals, quotes, and customer requirement clarification. Demonstrate active listening and consultative communication skills to identify customer needs and provide solutions. Review, proof, and process data with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail. Manage multiple priorities, projects, customer accounts, and interruptions effectively. Analyze data and apply critical thinking to support business decisions and customer needs. Assist with managed services contract placement and coordination. Work closely with operations and leadership teams to address escalated customer concerns. Create and submit purchase orders to suppliers. Coordinate with distribution partners to ensure on-time product delivery. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in business (preferred), Communications, Supply Chain, or a related field. Relevant experience may be considered in place of a degree. Experience in customer service, sales support, order management, inside sales, operations, or administrative support is highly desirable. Invoicing and payment processing experience required Shipping/receiving experience preferred Required Skills Excellent time management and deadline management abilities. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Effective problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Demonstrated proficiency with: Microsoft Outlook Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel Microsoft Teams Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and with external customers. Communication Requirements Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to read and interpret business documents, procedures, and professional correspondence. Comfortable communicating with customers, vendors, coworkers, and leadership teams. Additional language skills are a plus but not required.
