As a full-time Dental Practice Manager at AZ Cosmetic & Family Dentistry , you'll be the driving force behind our office operations. Your leadership ensures smooth workflows, exceptional patient experiences, and a thriving practice environment.

WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE AS OUR DENTAL PRACTICE MANAGER?

You will:

Optimize and manage the office schedule for maximum efficiency
Oversee the new patient experience from start to finish
Analyze and present office KPIs to guide performance
Monitor production, collections, and case acceptance metrics
Support team productivity and ensure smooth daily operations

Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

READY TO BECOME OUR DENTAL PRACTICE MANAGER?

Knowledge of treatment plans and how they translate into scheduling blocks
Understanding A/R, outstanding claims, and patient balances
Knowledge of CDT coding basics

Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to sequence appointments appropriately
Ability to master daily, weekly, and monthly office workflows
Ability to ensure rooms/clinicians stay productive and on time
