TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Cleveland, Ohio, 44124!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med/Surg Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 12 months permanent experience in Med/Surg Telemetry is required. License: Must have a permanent license from Ohio or a compact state in hand. Certifications: Active BLS and ACLS certifications are required. Must-Have: - Previous charge experience is preferred. - Reference from a manager or supervisor in the specialty is required for submission. - Required certifications must be active and in hand. Description: This position offers 3 twelve-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Candidates must have a minimum of one year of relevant Med/Surg Telemetry experience. A permanent Ohio or compact license must be held at the time of submission. BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory prior to start. References must be provided from recent positions worked in the past 12 months. All required licenses and certifications must be active with no pending statuses. Candidates must pass an ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation. Travelers will have a maximum of two attempts to pass these assessments; failure to do so will result in cancellation. Background checks will be reviewed, and candidates with open issues cannot be accepted. Candidates who do not fulfill annual competency requirements may be removed from the schedule. The facility has specific requirements regarding nicotine use for travelers. Candidates may extend their contract period but are subject to a break requirement after a specified time. Additional qualifications regarding competency and modules may apply.
