In this hands-on role, you will help keep materials organized, inventory accurate, and orders moving to support the people who build Darley pumps and equipment. Our Benefits Include Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications Medical, dental, and vision insurance Employer-paid short-term disability insurance Employer-paid life insurance 401(k) with employer contributions Paid time off Paid holidays Tuition reimbursement Employee bonus opportunities Career development and advancement opportunities Regular wage progression opportunities What We're Looking For Qualified candidates will possess: A technical school diploma, equivalent military training, or relevant job experience in inventory control, materials management, warehousing, shipping and receiving, or a related field Basic proficiency using Windows-based computer systems Ability to learn and accurately use JD Edwards and other operating platforms Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work effectively with coworkers Dependable attendance and the ability to work required hours What You'll Do Responsibilities include, but aren't limited to: Receive incoming shipments and verify materials Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately Stock shelves and distribute materials to the appropriate work areas Maintain accurate inventory and transaction records Use JD Edwards and other required computer platforms to complete stockroom activities Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy Operate a forklift for inventory control and material-handling tasks Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area Communicate with coworkers and follow written and verbal instructions Perform other duties identified within the Job Responsibility and Authority (JRA) Preferred Qualifications Previous stockroom, warehouse, shipping and receiving, inventory control, or materials-management experience Experience using an ERP or inventory-management system Forklift or powered industrial truck experience Experience performing cycle counts and resolving inventory discrepancies Physical Requirements Lifting and moving materials weighing up to 80 pounds Pulling, kneeling, squatting, reaching overhead, and working in varied positions Standing and walking for extended periods Safely operating around forklifts, material-handling equipment, and active manufacturing areas AAP/EEO Statement Darley is an equal opportunity organization.
