Restaurant Team Member Responsibilities Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm. Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency – no assembly lines, just real ingredients and great food. Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas and support the barista, drive‑thru, and guest‑experience champion roles as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food‑safety standards and cleaning protocols. Adapt to changing daily priorities and remain positive, ensuring every guest gets the best experience. Clear communication skills and ability to follow directions in a loud environment. Strong interpersonal skills; a passion for creating moments of comfort, connection, and joy for guests. Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Basic food‑safety understanding and training (Food Handler’s Card as required by law).
