What You’ll Do:

• Assist the orthodontist during clinical procedures, including bonding, adjustments, and debonding.
• Take high-quality diagnostic records , including digital X-rays, intraoral photos, and 3D scans.
• Prepare and sterilize clinical instruments and treatment chairs.
• Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene, appliance care, and treatment progress.
• Maintain accurate digital patient charts and clinical notes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience preferred: Prior experience in orthodontic or dental assisting is highly valued, but we are willing to train the right person with a stellar attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills, a gentle touch with patients, strong attention to detail, and comfort using modern dental software.
• Schedule: This is a full-time position (Monday through Friday, 8 Saturday mornings a year).
