The Orchards at Samaritan is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team on a FT basis. Pay starts at $40.00 per hour and increases based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, and cognitive disorders

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Conduct regular assessments and progress reports to track resident progress

• Utilize evidence-based practices and innovative therapy techniques to achieve optimal outcomes

• Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and colleagues to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology

• Minimum 1 year of experience in SNF/LTC settings

• Familiarity with Net Health system

• Licensure in the State of Michigan
