Discounts with our Crescent managed properties in North America for you & your family members Marriott Employee Room Rate Discount Program Here is what you will be doing each day: Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms according to hotel and brand standards. Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and other room supplies. Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas. Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including toilets, showers, tubs, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures. Replenish guest room amenities, toiletries, linens, and other supplies as needed. Empty trash and remove used linens and other items from guest rooms. Inspect rooms for cleanliness, damage, maintenance concerns, or missing items and report issues promptly. Ensure guest rooms are properly arranged and presented according to hotel standards. Respond courteously and professionally to guest requests while maintaining guest privacy and confidentiality. Follow proper procedures for handling lost and found items. Maintain and organize housekeeping carts and cleaning supplies throughout the shift. Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and according to established procedures. Follow all hotel, Marriott, safety, sanitation, and housekeeping standards. Communicate room status, maintenance concerns, and guest requests to the Housekeeping Supervisor or appropriate department. Assist with cleaning and maintaining other areas of the hotel as needed. Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while representing the hotel. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
