You are at the heart of health.Neuro ICU / Neuro Step-Down RN'sOur Neuro ICU / Neuro Step-Down RN's:Assess, monitor, administer medication, document progress, and manage overall care for interventional, stroke, and neuro-surgical patients.Partner with an interdisciplinary team including, but not limited to, attending physicians, registered nurses (RN), and ancillary staff to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction.Advocate for and build meaningful relationships with patients and their loved ones through safety intervention, emotional support and education.What you'll bring:Passion for the Neuro ICU / Neuro Step-Down1+ years of Registered Nurse (RN) experience in a Critical Care (Neuro ICU, CCU, ICU, CTICU, CVICU, etc.) or step-down unitCardiac and invasive monitoring knowledge and arrhythmia interpretation skills requiredEducation: Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) degreeWill consider Associates Degree if enrolled in an accredited BSN programLicensure: New York Registered Nurse (RN) License & RegistrationCertification: Basic Life Support (BLS) required, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required, Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) preferredSalary RangeUSD $56.39 - USD $73.66 /Hr.This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
