Retail Cafe Specialist (full-time)

The Caf Specialist is responsible for providing a high-quality guest experience through food and beverage preparation and service while maintaining a clean caf environment. This position requires 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced, guest-facing retail or customer service environment. The salary range for this role is between $16.70 and $21.70 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay and team bonuses based on performance.

Key responsibilities include greeting guests, preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting showroom operations. Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED, along with relevant certifications such as a Food Handler Permit and Alcohol Beverage Certification.

Compensation: $16.70 - $21.70 Overtime pay is available for eligible, non-exempt Team Members. Reimbursement for expenses as required by applicable law and Company policy. Retail, Guest Services and Distribution Center Team Members are eligible to receive team bonus based on meeting specific goals and KPI's.
