Before becoming an agent, I worked in auto claims at the corporate level, which helped shape a strong understanding of how to best support our customers. I’m a graduate of Rutgers University, married with two kids, and enjoy spending time outdoors and traveling. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
