Licensed Marriage And Family Therapist (Lmft) – Remote Telehealth Role In MassachusettsWe are seeking a Licensed Marriage And Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide remote therapy services to individuals, couples, and families across Massachusetts. In this role, you will meet with clients through a secure telehealth platform, assess their needs, create treatment plans, and support them through concerns such as relationship stress, family conflict, anxiety, life transitions, communication challenges, and emotional strain.ResponsibilitiesProvide individual, couples, and family therapy through a secure telehealth platformComplete intake assessments and identify client goals, concerns, and treatment needsDevelop treatment plans that are practical, client-centered, and clinically appropriateSupport clients working through relationship concerns, family dynamics, stress, grief, trauma, or major life changesMaintain timely clinical documentation, progress notes, and required recordsUse evidence-based therapy approaches that fit each client's situationMonitor client progress and adjust treatment plans when neededFollow all professional, ethical, and state telehealth guidelines
