What You'll Do During your paid training, you'll learn every aspect of restaurant operations, including: Customer service excellence Food safety and quality standards Team leadership and coaching Inventory and labor management Restaurant operations Scheduling and shift execution Problem solving and decision making Safety, cleanliness, and compliance Once certified as a Shift Manager, you will: Lead a team during assigned shifts Coach and develop crew members Deliver outstanding customer experiences Ensure food safety and operational excellence Manage labor, inventory, and profitability goals Maintain McDonald's Quality, Service & Cleanliness standards Help build a positive, high-performing team culture Career Growth Many of our restaurant leaders started as crew members or Shift Managers.
