Restorative Nursing AssistantThis person will be responsible for delivering rehabilitative and therapeutic services by licensed medical staff and in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations and licensing requirements. Contributes knowledge of the resident’s conditions/needs to resident care plans; Documents restorative exercises and weekly summaries as required.Assist in the care and maintenance of therapy area and equipment.
