Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Valid SLP state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
• Previous experience in educational or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students, addressing a variety of communication needs
• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
• Document student progress and prepare required reports
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ educational goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations regarding special education services
