Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a rewarding role supporting elementary students as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) on a contract basis for the upcoming academic year. Working onsite at 1-2 school locations near Omaha, NE, you’ll provide services to a caseload of 40-60 students, positively impacting their academic development and communication growth. This position offers a consistent weekly schedule, allowing you to make meaningful connections with students and collaborate with dedicated staff in a supportive environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as an SLP for Nebraska schools
• Relevant experience with elementary-school populations preferred
• Ability to manage a manageable caseload efficiently across multiple school sites
• Commitment to on-site service (remote options are not available)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students in elementary settings
• Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families to ensure student success
• Maintain accurate records and required documentation per district and state guidelines
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and provide input on student progress
• Support a culture of inclusion, advocacy, and educational best practices
