• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools and interviews.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on client goals and evidence-based practices.

• Provide one-on-one virtual therapy sessions, employing techniques tailored to each client’s unique situation and preferences.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress toward therapy goals, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.

• Utilize teletherapy tools to ensure clients have access to mental health care, especially during challenging life events.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical standards and regulations.

• Engage in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry trends and best practices.

As a member of our team, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues. Your expertise will help guide clients toward recovery and personal growth, providing them the tools they need to lead fulfilling lives. • A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective rapport-building with clients.

• A strong sense of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage a dynamic caseload.

• Previous experience working in a telehealth setting is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR.

• Experience in working with children, adolescents, or specific populations may be an advantage.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
