Maintenance Technician – Pearland, TX 77584
Experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician Needed – START TOMORROW!
Certified Apartment Staffing is hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in Pearland, TX 77584 .
We’re looking for a hands-on, reliable maintenance professional who understands multifamily maintenance and can hit the ground running. Previous apartment/multifamily maintenance experience is REQUIRED.
MUST BE ABLE TO START TOMORROW!
Responsibilities
- Complete resident work orders and maintenance requests
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances
- Perform preventative maintenance and general property repairs
- Assist with apartment turns and make-ready work
- Diagnose maintenance issues and complete repairs efficiently
- Maintain building systems, common areas, and vacant units
- Respond professionally to resident and property needs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Qualifications
- Previous apartment/multifamily maintenance experience REQUIRED
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
- Experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general maintenance
- HVAC experience/certification is a strong plus
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Professional attitude and good communication skills
- Must be available to start ASAP (next day)
