City/State Norfolk, VA Work Shift First (Days) Overview: PASS is looking for a Scheduler to join the team located in Norfolk, VA at Sentara Heart Hospital. Hours: Monday-Friday no holidays or weekends Shifts are 8 or 10 hours days The Scheduler schedules appointments and procedures for patients and verifies patient information. Responsible for order entry process, communications, guest relations, medical records maintenance, and analysis. Performs various clerical and administrative duties. Education High School degree or equivalent Experience Minimum 1 year of experience in a related area such as a customer service environment, in a medical office, or in a healthcare environment.
