Sr. Supply Chain Category Manager (Technical Services)

Supply Chain Category Manager - Technical Services Location: Dallas, TX Work Model Fully On‑Site Must Have Experience sourcing engineering, consulting, damage prevention, property surveying, operational, and GIS services. Primary Duties Develop and execute category sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives, including RFP/RFQ management. Manage supplier relationships, performance, and contract negotiations. Conduct market research to identify suppliers, monitor trends, and assess pricing impacts. Ensure procurement compliance, maintain records, and manage supplier performance. Drive cost savings, budget adherence, and supply chain efficiency while monitoring market factors (e.g., inflation, tariffs). Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Finance to support business needs. Track procurement KPIs, including cost savings, supplier performance, and inventory levels. Resolve supplier and supply chain issues. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree or CPM/CPSM certification preferred. 5+ years of procurement experience; gas utility industry experience may be considered in lieu of procurement experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr DSJ Global
