Join Our Team as a Hostess at Blue Bayou Restaurant & Oyster Bar!
Are you passionate about creating memorable dining experiences and love welcoming guests with a warm smile? At LKM Restaurant Group LLC, operating as Blue Bayou Restaurant & Oyster Bar in the heart of New Orleans, LA, we’re looking for a friendly and enthusiastic hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. If you have a big smile, a great attitude, and at least one year of experience, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing:As a hostess, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests feel right at home from the moment they walk through our doors. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Managing reservations and seating arrangements to ensure a smooth dining experience.
- Answering guest inquiries and providing information about our menu and services.
- Coordinating with the waitstaff and kitchen team to maintain efficient service.
- Maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area.
We’re searching for someone who embodies the spirit of Southern hospitality and has:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- A big smile and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- The ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
- A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service.
