Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) for a contract opportunity in a rehabilitation and skilled nursing setting. • Pay Rate: $48.00 - $56.00 per hour

REQUIREMENTS

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) License in good standing
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
• Previous experience in rehabilitation, skilled nursing, outpatient, home health, or acute care settings preferred
• Strong patient assessment and treatment planning skills
• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Commitment to patient-centered care and positive clinical outcomes

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Evaluate patients and establish individualized treatment plans
• Develop and implement therapeutic exercise and mobility programs
• Assess strength, balance, coordination, range of motion, and functional abilities
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapy assistants, and other healthcare professionals
• Ensure compliance with professional standards, regulatory requirements, and facility policies
• Promote patient safety, independence, and improved quality of life
