How You'll Make An Impact In This Role

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care in strict accordance with clinical protocols to ensure patient safety and optimal well-being.
• Manage and adapt personalized care plans by executing physician orders and monitoring progress to actively drive successful patient outcomes.
• Lead multidisciplinary collaboration as the central coordinator across clinical specialties, ensuring a seamless, holistic care experience for the patient.
• Champion seamless patient transitions by assessing and coordinating discharge needs early, preparing patients and families for the next stage of their recovery.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required OR a bachelors level degree not in nursing, an active RN License, and enrolled in an Alternate Entry Masters of Science in Nursing Program with a minimum of 1 year in the program completed.

What Additional Preferences We're Seeking

• Clinical Experience: Bring two years of Registered Nurse (RN) experience, specifically within a pediatric outpatient clinic setting.
• Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred to effectively support diverse patient populations.
