Analyst - CareLink

POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
The CareLink Analyst is responsible for overseeing and enhancing data management and reporting processes to support CareLink operations, program evaluations, and strategic initiatives. The role provides advanced data analysis, quality assurance, and operational insights that directly impact organizational performance. The Analyst works collaboratively with University Health's information management, analytical, and data management teams as well as internal and external partners to develop reports and analysis necessary to manage and measure patient care processes and community health by tracking outcomes, costs and utilization.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in data analytics, business analytics, healthcare admiration or related field preferred. Two or more years of experience in data analysis, SQL querying claims processing, and healthcare operations required. Strong knowledge of SQL, Microsoft Access, and Excel pivot tables. Experience with electronic claims processing (EDI), IDX, EPIC, and Redcap systems preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
