In the Family Service Advisor role you will

• Guide families, don't just sell to them. Through consultative, relationship-driven conversations, you'll walk families through the Order of Christian Funerals and their options accompaniment first, arrangement second.

Compensation and Benefits

• $43,888 base salary and uncapped commission
• Additional bonus opportunities

We're looking for someone with

• 2-4 years working in a sales environment having face-to-face contact with the customer
• Interest in working in a Catholic environment. This is about calling, not checkboxes. All faiths and backgrounds welcome what we need is a heart that's genuinely drawn to this mission.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, displaying compassionate care, both in person and on the telephone
• Strong organization and excellent time management skills
• Proficient computers, software, and technology aptitude
• Valid Driver's License
