NOW HIRING: AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR Horne Mazda of AvondaleAvondale, AZ Full-Time$5,000-$8,500+ Per MonthPerformance-Based BUILD YOUR CAREER IN AUTOMOTIVE Horne Mazda of Avondale is growing and looking for a professional, motivated, and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. Whether you already have automotive experience or are looking to break into the industry, this is an opportunity to build a long-term career with paid training and strong earning potential. Automotive experience is preferred, but NOT required. Paid training provided for the right candidate. WHAT YOU'LL DO
•Welcome customers and create a professional service experience
•Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle needs
•Recommend maintenance and repairs based on vehicle needs
•Explain services and repair recommendations clearly
•Coordinate between customers and service technicians
•Manage appointments, repair orders, and customer follow-ups
•Monitor repair progress and keep customers informed
•Ensure a smooth experience from check-in through vehicle delivery WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
•Strong customer service and communication skills
•Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
•Excellent organization and time management
•Comfortable working with computers and learning dealership software
• Automotive experience preferred - NOT required
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
