Hours : 12:30PM-9:00PM
Location: On-site in Hudson, OH
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Salary: $43,000 - $44,700 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative:

Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers by providing outstanding support via phone, email, and chat
Assist customers with product and service inquiries, order processing, billing questions, and account support
Resolve customer concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-focused approach
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer needs and a seamless experience
Develop expertise in company products, services, and policies to provide informed and reliable support

Qualifications of a Customer Service Representative:

Previous experience working in a call center preferred
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus
