HVAC Service Operations Program Manager - Enablement

Our partner is looking for a HVAC Service Operations Program Manager - Enablement based in United States. This role supports enterprise HVAC service initiatives through analytics, reporting, program enablement, and operational improvement. You will partner closely with service leadership to develop reporting, metrics, processes, and program enhancements that support field performance. The position combines data analysis with business process understanding to help leaders monitor financial commitments and operational outcomes. You will translate complex data and business requirements into practical tools, insights, and actions for field and leadership teams. The role also includes training, communication planning, application design participation, and continuous improvement across service operations. Success requires strong collaboration, organization, communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. With regular interaction across teams and 25%+ travel throughout the United States, you will play a visible role in strengthening service delivery and operational consistency. Accountabilities: - Partner with HVAC Service leadership to provide analytical support for strategic service initiatives and related programs. - Develop, document, and maintain end-to-end reporting processes, metrics, and tracking expectations for field teams and stakeholders. - Create and deploy key performance indicators that help leadership and local market teams monitor performance and make informed operational decisions. - Deliver consistent reporting on financial expectations, commitments, operational performance, and program outcomes. - Develop and implement program enhancements, analytical tools, and technology platforms that improve field capabilities and operational effectiveness. - Train field teams and leadership on new programs, metrics, analytical tools, and process enhancements to support successful adoption.

- Collaborate with Operations Program Managers and cross-functional teams to provide coordinated support for HVAC Service initiatives. - Assist with communication plans for new business initiatives and strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and monitoring adherence. - Participate in application functional design and review processes, helping ensure solutions meet business requirements and operational goals. - Engage with leaders at multiple organizational levels to gather, document, and align metric expectations, requirements, and accountability. - Work with local market leaders to improve business and process effectiveness, implement countermeasures, and provide training on enhancements. - Maintain timely communication and follow-up to support issue resolution and effective collaboration across teams. - Promote and follow safety policies, making safety a foundational part of operational practices. - Travel 25% or more across the United States and perform other related duties aligned with strategic objectives. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. - At least 5 years of experience in an analytical role . - Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project, as well as Microsoft SharePoint. - Experience working with large data sets and creating pivot tables. - Experience with Power BI, Siebel/Oracle, Hyperion, or other business management systems is preferred. - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights. - Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities.
