\n MRI Technologist – Requirements\n

Shift: 10-hour Nights, Monday–Thursday, 9:00 PM–7:30 AM
Hours: 40 hours/week
Contract: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 40

Facility:

\n
• CMC: 874 beds / LCH: 247 beds
\n
• Level I Trauma + Level I Pediatric Trauma
\n
• Teaching hospital
\n
• Chest Pain & Stroke Centers
\n
• EMR: Epic
\n
• Equipment: Siemens 1.5T MRI
\n

\n

Experience:

\n

\n
• Minimum 1 year MRI experience
\n
• First-time travelers accepted
\n
• Must be comfortable with adults and pediatrics
\n
• Fast-paced, high-acuity environment
\n

\n

Required Certifications:

\n

\n
• ARRT(R) or NMTCB
\n
• ARRT(MR) or ARMRI
\n
• BLS
\n
• State license not required
\n

\n

Scheduling:

\n

\n
• Same shift throughout the contract; no rotation
\n
• Call required, based on fair team rotation
\n
• Holiday coverage expected unless RTO is approved
\n
• RTO requires manager approval
\n

\n

Other:

\n

\n
• No floating
\n
• 5 days departmental orientation
\n
• Scrubs: Black
\n
• Free parking
\n
• Strong teamwork and communication skills required
\n

\n

Main candidate must-haves:
\n ? 1+ year MRI experience
\n ? ARRT(R)/NMTCB + ARRT(MR)/ARMRIT
\n ? BLS
\n ? Adult & pediatric MRI experience
\n ? Comfortable working nights and high-acuity patients
