Registered Nurse In Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Adult Services Specialty: Intensive Care Unit (ICU) - Critical Need Duration: 14 weeks Shift: 12 hours Hours per Shift: 07:00 PM to 07:30 AM Experience: 1 year recent full-time equivalent experience required. License: Registered Nurse License in the state where care is provided. Certifications: Basic Life Support required. Advanced Cardiac Life Support required. Must-Have: Bachelors degree in nursing or related field preferred. Two years of recent ICU nursing experience preferred. NIH Stroke Scale Certificate preferred. CCRN certification preferred. Dialysis, SLED or equivalent experience preferred. Description: The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background in intensive care nursing. They must possess excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective patient care. The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality care to critically ill patients. They will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing situations are essential. Commitment to ongoing professional development and education is encouraged.
