The ideal candidate will have recent experience in DCP. Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in an acute care hospital setting. The position requires a commitment to providing high-quality case management services. The work schedule will ideally consist of four 10-hour shifts, with flexibility to accommodate consultant needs. The candidate will be expected to work every other Sunday and two weekends per month. This is a great opportunity to contribute to patient care and coordination efforts.
