Requirements

What You'll Need as our next HVAC Technician

• EPA Universal Certification (required)
• 2+ years of residential HVAC experience
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record (required)
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems independently
• Strong communication and customer service skills — you represent the brand on every call
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding conditions, including tight spaces and varying temperatures
• Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
