Details Work in the HVTI-Stepdown unit of a hospital Potential to float to units J1-2, J33, and the ED to care for the same patient population Day shift (3x12 hours, 7:00-19:30) or Night shift (3x12 hours, 19:00-7:30) Shifts may rotate between day and night as needed to meet hospital operational needs Requirements Active RN license - Ohio or Compact, in hand Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS (AHA or American Red Cross) Minimum 1 year of combined permanent experience in the stepdown specialty required One professional reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty required COVID-19 vaccine required with medical/religious exemptions only Flu vaccine required with medical/religious exemptions only Additional Information Provide stepdown-level nursing care with potential cross-coverage in related units and the ED ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment completed during orientation, with acceptable scores required Must work at least every other holiday Locals accepted at the same bill rate Permanent or per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date Travel experience is not required for this position American Traveler Job ID P-770611.
