This role provides direct support to flight crews through professional customer service, inventory accuracy, and attention to detail while working in a fast-paced airport ramp environment. The Aircraft Supply Specialist works closely with small teams, inventory personnel, and management to maintain service quality and operational efficiency.RESPONSIBILITIESStock aircraft according to customer-specific stocking guides and ensure accuracy at all timesStay current on customer stocking guide updates and implement changes as requiredPerform interior aircraft wipe-downs, including mirrors, windows, lavatory areas, doors, sinks, cup holders, tray tables, leather seats, catering cabinets and drawers, coffee areas, and light vacuumingSupport quarterly product launches by rotating out discontinued items and introducing updated or new productsGreet pilots and flight crew with professional, customer-focused service and address requests promptlyRespond to emails and operational communications in a timely, professional manner.Work closely with inventory control to ensure supplies are stocked, tracked, and sold accurately and in a timely mannerAssist the inventory clerk when operational demands allowOperate company vehicles on the airport ramp in accordance with safety policiesWork collaboratively in small teams of two (2) to three (3) employees per shiftPerform additional duties as assigned by managementQUALIFICATIONS18 years of age or olderMust be legally authorized to work in the country of employment.Ability to work in a fast-paced airport environmentStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to follow detailed stocking and service instructionsAbility to work collaboratively as part of a teamAbility to pass a background check and drug screenEligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, RAIC, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal- as applicable).To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential requirement satisfactorily.
