Cherry County Hospital seeks a Certified Medical Coder to accurately code inpatient, outpatient, and emergency services in our rural critical access setting. Responsibilities include reviewing clinical documentation, assigning ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes, ensuring compliance with payer and regulatory guidelines, and supporting timely, accurate billing. The coder will collaborate with providers to clarify documentation, assist with denials, and contribute to quality and reimbursement improvement initiatives.
