ESSENTIALFUNCTIONS: Greetandguidecustomersthroughthecreditapplicationprocessinthecreditlounge,troubleshootingasnecessary,whether customers use conduct an application through the credit kiosk, the credit tablet or using the paper application. Workwithcustomerstoidentifyandtakeactiononproblemswiththeiraccounts,keepingthecustomerinformedandengaged throughout the process.
