Please direct those candidates by email back to Ben Moulton. This demonstrates that the nationwide marketing campaign is working and allows all candidates to experience an equal, coordinated, and balanced process.\nProcess Alignment: The same level of information will be provided on all interested candidates, including level of interest, timing, needs, background, license verification, references, and other relevant details, regardless of origin. This helps eliminate perceived bias, supports equity in the decision-making process, protects the reputation of the program and institution, and allows MUSC to make the most informed decision when offering and onboarding a new faculty leader.\nResponse Rate and Time to Fill: For searches of this type, AMN Healthcare utilizes cobranded candidate sourcing and advertising campaigns to target pediatric neurology leaders and relevant academic faculty. The team will leverage MUSC’s name, logo, specific facility information, and Charleston location details to promote the opportunity extensively in the candidate market. Direct applicants and faculty referrals should be forwarded to AMN Healthcare so the team can begin the vetting process immediately.\nThe benefit of sharing direct applicant information with AMN Healthcare is that the search consultants can screen candidates who are not qualified or seriously committed to interviewing and/or accepting the opportunity, which saves the MUSC team time and supports a more consistent candidate experience.\nNote: MUSC may exclude candidates who are already in the interview process as well as current MUSC fellows, as appropriate.\n\nAdditional Job DescriptionPhysical Requirements: (Note: The following descriptions are applicable to this section: Continuous - 6-8 hours per shift; Frequent - 2-6 hours per shift; Infrequent - 0-2 hours per shift) Ability to perform job functions in an upright position.
