Job Title

Registered Nurse (RN) – Oncology / PCU

Contract | Night Shift | 12-Hour Shifts | Every Other Weekend Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a mixed PCU, Oncology, and Med/Surg unit serving an adult patient population
• Manage and titrate drips including chemotherapy, heparin, cardizem, and protonix
• Monitor patients using hemodynamic equipment including CVP, A-line, Swan, and EV-1000 as needed
• Perform hourly rounding and maintain patient experience standards throughout the shift
• Float to same-level-of-care units including Med/Surg and PCU as needed
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including PT/OT, case management, social work, dietician, and charge nursing staff

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience in Oncology and/or PCU
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• ONS/ONCC certification required
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR and Alaris IV pumps
• Willingness to comply with facility fingernail policy — artificial nails are prohibited in all patient care departments

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Chemotherapy certification (preferred but not required)
• Prior experience with ventilator management and advanced hemodynamic monitoring
• EPIC experience within the past 6 months
• Minimum 1 year of charge nurse experience for candidates seeking charge responsibilities
