Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative

Fairmont Veterinary Hospital is seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative to serve as the welcoming face of our hospital. In this fast-paced role, you will create exceptional client experiences, build trust through compassionate service, manage appointments and daily patient flow, handle multi-line phones and in-person interactions, process transactions, and support clients with essential information about our services. Prior veterinary experience or a strong baseline of medical knowledge is highly valued here — this is not a typical front desk role. Schedule and compensation: Compensation: $14.50 - $16.00 per hour, for each hour worked This is a full-time or part-time position with a flexible schedule, Monday-Friday with one rotating Saturday every 4-6 weeks. No on-call or emergency hours.
