Entry-Level Mechanical Assembler

Join a growing manufacturer building electrical and mechanical components for large engine systems and generator heat pumps. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start or develop a career in manufacturing and assembly.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components using hand and power tools
• Follow work instructions, drawings, and assembly procedures
• Perform quality inspections on completed assemblies
• Rotate between assembly stations based on production needs
• Maintain a safe and organized work area
• Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to meet production goals

Requirements

• Ability to read and follow work instructions and basic drawings
• Strong attendance record and dependable work habits
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Experience using hand tools preferred
• Manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful but not required

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane, WA.

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
