This company built the workaround, a stablecoin-based account that looks and feels like a modern neobank, not a crypto product, and it's already one of the most used financial apps in the region. The traction: 2M users, $10B+ in annualized volume, 4 to 5x year-over-year growth for five straight years. Founded by ex-Revolut, backed by Sequoia, Founders Fund, Brevan Howard Digital, YC, and Kaszek, with a $70M round just closed. This is design hire number three, joining right as the company moves from one core product into several. The Mission Retail banking is a commodity, and the way you win is by moving faster and building more than anyone else. This company is going multi-product, launching new verticals at once, with a goal of becoming the default financial relationship for millions of people who\'ve never had one before. The design decisions made over the next year or two will shape how an entire generation in Latin America banks, real foundational work, not polish on a product that already has its playbook figured out. The Role Build new user experiences from scratch, using and evolving the design system so every new flow feels native to the product and true to the brand Own design end to end: take a concept from a rough idea to Figma wireframes engineers can build straight from, then partner with the team to ship it to real customers Bring the product and brand to life, turning ordinary moments into the kind of surprising, delightful details that make people actually enjoy using their bank account Sit at the center of product development, working directly with the founders and engineering team to define problems, prototype fast, and push every deliverable to the highest craft bar What They\'re Looking For 3+ years of product design experience at a hyper-growth company (think $1B+ valuation, high user engagement) Consumer mobile experience A creative problem solver with an eye for simple, beautiful design and real attention to detail A sharp sense for human emotion and what makes a product genuinely delightful to use Strong ability to think through user needs and explain design decisions with an understanding of the technical tradeoffs behind them #J-18808-Ljbffr
