On Call / Float Direct Support Professional

Direct Support ProfessionalFraser is hiring for motivated and compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSP's) to work Full or Part-time with our clients in a group setting within our group homes and apartments with a flexible biweekly schedule. We deeply value our DSP's and take pride in helping develop our entry-level employees into professionals.In this role, you will have the opportunity to help clients with:Medication administrationActivities of Daily Living (ADL's)Money managementTreatment documentationPersonal cares (such as bathing, toileting, feeding, etc.) in the group homesMeal preparation (must be willing to handle all types of food)Planning and transportation to/from activitiesCommunity integrationAs a Float DSP you will also provide:Provide temporary direct support, including providing excellent supervision and support for individuals receiving Community Living services and their families by effectively implementing service plansMust be able to work in multiple locations and times on Saturday and Sunday. Schedule may change at the last minute.
