AE - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)

Overview As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. You are the face of our company and you’re proud of it, prioritizing an amazing shopping experience and building brand loyalty with each guest. You represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day. Responsibilities You’re a people person. You engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a "friends first" mindset. You’re passionate about AE & Aerie products. You educate guests on product details and make product recommendations to fit their needs. You share the brand love. You introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests. You can hang. You can flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed. You’re an innovative problem solver. You prioritize making guests’ day and proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. You’re a team player. You support your team and help get the job done. You have integrity.
