Verdigris Restaurant And Oxford Oaks Distillery in Oxford, NC is looking for one bar manager to join our strong team. We are located on 127 College St. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and hard-working.

Responsibilities
- Manage all areas of the bar including inventory levels, cleanliness and safety, ordering and scheduling of bar employees.
- Ensure liquor license is up to date and in accordance with legislation
- Hire, train, and develop new bar team members
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner
Qualifications
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of bar equipment used
- Experience in a bar management position preferred
- RASP or BARSMARTS Certification
- Able to pass a pour test
