Choose from: * Days * Evenings * Overnights * Weekends * Up to 12-hour shifts This is a PRN (as-needed) position with the opportunity to regularly work 40+ hours per week based on your availability and client needs. What You'll Do As a Caregiver or Home Health Aide, you'll help seniors and adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes by providing: * Personal care, bathing, dressing, and grooming * Companionship and emotional support * Meal preparation * Medication reminders * Light housekeeping and laundry * Transportation to appointments and errands * Mobility assistance and safe transfers * Fall prevention and client safety * Documentation of care provided * Communication with clients, families, and the care team This Position Is Perfect For You If You... ✔ Enjoy helping others ✔ Prefer one-on-one care instead of facility work ✔ Want a flexible schedule ✔ Are dependable and compassionate ✔ Want the opportunity to pick up additional hours ✔ Enjoy building meaningful relationships with clients Qualifications Caregiver * Six months of professional or personal caregiving experience preferred Additional Requirements * Current CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain) * Negative TB Test or Chest X-Ray * Valid Driver's License * Reliable, insured vehicle * Ability to pass a criminal background check * Ability to pass a drug screening WhyBrightStar Care?
